This product is 100% USP/FCC Kosher food grade. This product is in a fine crystal/powder form, it dissolves easily!
Prevents oxidation: use 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons at bottling.
1 tsp equals 4.2 grams of pure Vitamin C.
As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 level teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily, in juice or water.
Vitamin C is an important essential nutrient which can not be produced by our bodies and must be obtained from our diets. Unfortunately modern food processing methods leech out this water soluble vitamin and often times supplementing is the only viable method of obtaining an adequate intake. Additionally, therapeutic levels can only be achieved by supplementing.
